New spring summer collection for babies and kids!

print design

I designed all the prints and graphics for Kite Clothing’s new S/S 23 collection. I had a lot of fun working on this, and it’s looking great on the website. The theme was ‘Making Memories’ and some of the inspiration for this collection came from personal experiences. I’ve picked out some of my personal favourites from the spring collection below. Summer product will also be available soon!

I’ve also added these designs to my portfolio, you can check it out by going to the portfolio tab at the top of this page.

I hope you’re all having a great weekend so far!

Polar bears playing

print design

I am in love with how this print I designed has turned out in Kite’s new collection for AW22. It depicts some very happy polar bears playing with the snow and having a little snow ball fight! I remember this was the first baby sample that came into the office when I was their in-house designer and it was the cutest thing! See it pictured below. It’s hard to pick my favourite print from this collection but this one definitely stands out for me.

Brakeburn

My first post in a while… I’ve been pretty busy!

Firstly, I graduated in July with a First Class Honours in Printed Textiles (super happy).

Afterwards I did some temporary summer work and was about to do an internship in London when this amazing opportunity came along….

I now work for Brakeburn, a clothing brand situated in the UK. I’m their in-house Assistant Print Designer and I’m really enjoying it! It’s been a great couple of months so far, the highlight so far has been helping out at the photo shoot for their A/W 18 collection last week.

In other news… I’m still finding some time to paint, and considering buying a massive easel so that I can get back to doing some big expressive stuff.

I’m also thinking of creating some funky products, (pillows spring to mind!) from some of the designs I made at uni (watch this space), If anyone would like to buy one of my paintings or would be interested in any of my designs from my website please let me know!
