A friend of mine went to Morocco to visit her boyfriend and took these awesome photos of him in the t-shirt I designed for Brakeburn. Doesn’t he look cool!
One of the graphics I designed for Brakeburn’s AW19 collection is pictured here on these T-shirt’s. Worn by a sailing team competing at a world championship event.
Hello folks. It’s been a while since I’ve posted something on my website. I promise from now on I’ll try my best to keep you updated! At this point in time, I am in the process of updating my website, as it was starting to look a bit dated! I am still working in-house for Brakeburn, an outdoor lifestyle brand based in Poole on the South Coast. I am now their Junior Print and Graphic designer rather than Assistant Print Designer, I was given this position earlier this year and am enjoying it. I design repeat patterns and placement graphics for mens and womens clothing and accessories as well as product/artwork for marketing material. They have recently released their Autumn Winter 19′ collection which I designed a number of prints for. You can see these designs using the Portfolio link on my website.
A number of prints that I have designed in-house for Brakeburn’s SS19 collection are now available to view through the portfolio link on my website!
I’ve got some of my paintings and print designs for sale! You can purchase individual prints by contacting me (please go to the ‘contact’ tab at the top of the page).
My work is available on homeware products as well as accessories. See some examples of my paintings on cushion covers below…
Additionally, if you would like to purchase an original painting, please contact me via the ‘contact’ link at the top of this page. Most paintings are A1 size.
My first post in a while… I’ve been pretty busy!
Firstly, I graduated in July with a First Class Honours in Printed Textiles (super happy).
Afterwards I did some temporary summer work and was about to do an internship in London when this amazing opportunity came along….
I now work for Brakeburn, a clothing brand situated in the UK. I’m their in-house Assistant Print Designer and I’m really enjoying it! It’s been a great couple of months so far, the highlight so far has been helping out at the photo shoot for their A/W 18 collection last week.
In other news… I’m still finding some time to paint, and considering buying a massive easel so that I can get back to doing some big expressive stuff.
I’m also thinking of creating some funky products, (pillows spring to mind!) from some of the designs I made at uni (watch this space), If anyone would like to buy one of my paintings or would be interested in any of my designs from my website please let me know!
Recently, I was chosen to showcase my most recent collection ‘Favela’ at New Designers 2017 in London at the Business Design Centre. This was an amazing opportunity that enabled me to showcase my work to textile and fashion industries and gain lots of inspiration from other talented designers. I’m looking forward to what could be in store for me in the future.
I am also very happy to announce that I will be graduating with a First Class Honours in Textile Design!
