I have something fun to show you! I have designed a range of witty and humorous stickers for Ellembee Gift, a well established gift company in Michigan. These stickers were a lot of fun to create! My personal favourite is ‘It’s not hoarding if it’s dogs!’ What’s your favourite? Feel free to comment your favourite design on this post.

A new gardening business, ‘Arnica Gardens‘ has just started up in B.C. Canada and I was asked to design the logo for it. It’s inspired by the Arnica flower and the client wanted to keep it looking joyful and bright by using the pops of colour in this flower within the logo. I travelled some areas of Canada, B.C. in particular, a few years ago and the colours that arrive at certain times of the year are really bright and gorgeous. This was a really enjoyable project. Read more below.
I use flowers and nature to inspire a lot of my work and also really enjoy drawing and painting these natural forms. Flowers, plants and other elements in nature can be seen in lots of my prints and graphics, mostly used in fashion and product. I have a section in my portfolio purely for flowers and plants, take a look by clicking here.

Happy New Year to all my new and existing clients, followers, friends and family who have helped me on my freelancing journey this year. I am excited for another year of designing. 👩🎨 ❤️
Happy New Year everyone! I wanted to tell you about a new project I finished recently, a painting of a Harpy Eagle. This was a project I did as a partner to a previous painting of a Philippine Eagle, you can see that one by clicking here. The canvas I worked on for this painting was slightly smaller than other ones I have done, and I usually like working to a large scale. However, painting birds has become a new hobby of mine, I like that they have such powerful expressions and you can be quite dramatic with mark making when you are painting their feathers. For the background, I was originally going to paint a jungle theme, or thick leaves, but after attempting this, I realised I wanted the bird to be the focal point and creating a complicated background took this away.

Exciting news! I have been working with an outdoor swimming brand based in Bristol, UK. I was asked to create an illustration for a t-shirt inspired by swimming in the wild. I sketched a few different layouts and swimmers in different positions. We decided to go with the drawing as featured in the images below. I really enjoyed creating this for Wilda, they are a great brand that encourage people to get involved with open water swimming, an activity I also love.

When I was working as an in-house print designer for Kite, I designed a print inspired by trees local to the head office in Dorset. Kite teamed up with The Tree Council and I got to plant some trees which was a great day out and a fun project to be a part of. The products that were created through this collaboration raised money for this charity.
