On display in Common Loaf Bakery, Tofino.

I’m very happy to announce that 2 of my paintings are up on display in Common Loaf Bakery a friendly bakery and Cafe in Tofino, B.C. Canada. I lived in Tofino earlier this year, it’s such a beautiful place and I gained a lot of inspiration from it, particularly because I spent a lot of time by the ocean, including surfing and exploring the coastline. My fondest memory before I left Vancouver Island was the hike I partook in along the west coast (The West Coast Trail) which also provided me with endless influences.

I have included some images below showing the paintings on display. I have a new ‘paintings’ tab at the top of my website where you can view all the paintings I have sold or created for commission. I am open to commissions at the moment so please get in touch if you have something in mind. I am experienced in creating nature inspired paintings, particularly the ocean and landscapes.

Here is a painting I did recently of my friend Sara and her dog, Teddy. He sadly passed away earlier this year and he was her best friend. The painting shows them both at Kamloops lake in B.C. Canada. I lived near the lake for a while when I was travelling and we would go for walks there together. I met Sara at a ski resort and we became very close friends during my travels in Canada. I hope you like it! It’s an acrylic painting 21 x 29.7 cm. Check out my other paintings on my ‘paintings’ tab at the top of my website. A print I designed features on Netflix series, ‘Sex Education’.

Great to see a print I designed for Brakeburn appear in the new series of Sex Education! I really enjoy creating prints that are inspired by the outdoors, this print in particular was influenced by plants and other foliage in the local area of Poole in England.

New print alert! I designed this print for Kite Clothing‘s winter 2023 collection and it’s one of my favourites. It is bright, colourful and happy. Coinciding with mental health day this week, I like that this print is uplifting and will hopefully bring joy to buyers. New collection!

The new Autumn/Winter 23 collection for Kite clothing is out now. This was my last collection with this company before I left to go freelance! I was their only print and graphic designer, so any clothing that needed artwork was down to me! This included knitted garments and accessories. My favourite print is ‘Lionheart’, I love how bright and happy the little lion faces are, and they remind me of flowers. Hidden gems unveiled

Some of my past work for the coastal outdoor brand ‘Brakeburn’ have appeared in their new collection for AW23. My personal favourite is the ‘Harry Rocks Tee’ picturing the famous rocks that line the Purbecks coastline in Dorset. I get a lot of inspiration from this area of the UK.
