New collection!

print design

The new Autumn/Winter 23 collection for Kite clothing is out now. This was my last collection with this company before I left to go freelance! I was their only print and graphic designer, so any clothing that needed artwork was down to me! This included knitted garments and accessories. My favourite print is ‘Lionheart’, I love how bright and happy the little lion faces are, and they remind me of flowers. Below are some images showing a selection of my favourites from the Autumn collection, the winter styles will be out soon! Watch this space. I hope you like them!

Have a great evening.

Prints for packaging

print design

I’ve been designing some prints for a small company called ‘UniOrganics’ that has just started up in the USA. I was asked to design a surface pattern for the packaging as well as the print for the first product. Another task was to draw some diagrams showing how to use the product, (pictured below).

Its the first time I’ve designed a surface pattern for packaging. I’m looking forward to exploring this more and looking into designing patterns for stationary and gifts.

I’ve included a small video below of the product.

Have a great day!

New spring summer collection for babies and kids!

print design

I designed all the prints and graphics for Kite Clothing’s new S/S 23 collection. I had a lot of fun working on this, and it’s looking great on the website. The theme was ‘Making Memories’ and some of the inspiration for this collection came from personal experiences. I’ve picked out some of my personal favourites from the spring collection below. Summer product will also be available soon!

I’ve also added these designs to my portfolio, you can check it out by going to the portfolio tab at the top of this page.

I hope you’re all having a great weekend so far!

Tees for the mountains

graphic design

I designed a logo for 3 Peaks Rentals in Sun Peaks Ski Resort, BC, Canada. The branded t-shirts are in, and they look great! Here are a couple of pictures to showcase the new design, modelled by the lovely Gabs, who currently works for this company. This logo also features on the company’s website and has been used for other marketing purposes.

Hat patches inspired by Island in BC

graphic design

I recently designed some hat patches for a client in BC, inspired by Salt Spring Island. An island surrounded by beauty and art. I wanted to bring this across in my designs.

One of the designs is PU leather and the other an embroidery. See them below!

Prints for kids!

print design

It’s here! My first collection with Kite Clothing is available to view online and purchase. It’s my first set of designs for a kids & baby apparel brand. Designing for kids is so exciting as you can have a lot of fun with it. I also did a lot of marketing for this company which was really enjoyable as I got to be very creative with it, including designing a font. This was a first for me but I was really pleased with the outcome. If you go to my portfolio and see the drawings/illustration section, you can view the font I designed.

I am super excited to add these designs to my portfolio. You can view this and my other work on the portfolio tab at the top of my website.

Some of my favourite designs are pictured below. I did 3 collections with this brand so watch this space.

Poster for charity event

graphic design

I designed a poster for a charity event recently. I took part in the event myself, raising money for UK-MED Ukraine appeal. We paddled a marathon on surfboards (26 miles) along the coast from Kimmeridge Bay to Bournemouth Pier.
