I finished my biggest commission so far! It’s 1.5m x 1m. I have to admit, I did find it tough finding an easel that would fit this sized canvas. I had to borrow one from my local University as my personal one wasn’t big enough. This painting went through quite a few stages. I changed the centre boat more than once and there are several layers to the landscape. I was working from a photograph, as the client wanted this painting in memory of someone who passed away.
