New bright & colourful surface pattern designs for picnic blankets

I am excited to show you the new designs I have created for a well-established picnic blanket company in Australia – Saltwater Picnic Co. These have been launched recently and I am so happy with how they have turned out! The first print is a Mandala design that is licensable from my website. You can read how to license it and use it on your products here. It is one of my favourites and is featured on Saltwater Picnic Co’s picnic blanket in a beautiful and bright purple and yellow colour option:

The second print is the Ocean Ripple design- This particular design is a strong favourite of mine because I am always dipping/surfing in the ocean or heading to the pool for a swim. I was lucky enough to grow up by the ocean and I live very close to it now ~ it influences so much of my work. Happy Friday! Exciting news, I have been busy designing prints and graphics for your furry friends. I am currently working with a dog accessories company, designing artwork for their products, including collars and leads. So far, I have designed the Spring and Summer Collection 2025. Superheroes & Dinosaurs

More prints to show you… I created a lot of prints for Kite Clothing when I was working for them in-house. I designed all the graphics and prints for their AW22, SS23 and AW23 collections. I also worked on some knitwear designs, embroideries and appliques. I particularly liked working for this brand because there was always a happy and meaningful story behind each design. It was fun picking themes and coming up with new designs. I was able to work with bold and bright colours and help finalise colour palettes. Colour is always something I enjoy playing with!

There are two prints from their AW23 range that I viewed recently on their website and wanted to show you why I like them. The first is the Superheroes print, a favourite because it basically implies that anyone or anything can be a superhero! I had a lot of fun playing with the colours in this one all the animals just look so happy! The other depicts a range of dinosaurs, I like this one, because although it’s a bit simpler then the superheroes, it shows a different style and still has a lot of character. I am also a fan of dinosaurs.
